By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Swap It. (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
若你不同意本條款,請停止使用本 App。若你代表他人或組織使用本 App,請確認你有權代表其接受本條款。
If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the App. If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. 使用授權2. License to Use the App
在你遵守本條款的前提下,SheepBeansGames 授予你一項有限、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權,供你在個人裝置上使用本 App。
Subject to your compliance with these terms, SheepBeansGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal devices.
除本條款明確允許外,你不得複製、修改、反向工程、出售、轉租、散布本 App,或以未經授權方式存取本 App 的服務。
Except as expressly allowed by these terms, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, lease, distribute the App, or access its services in an unauthorized way.
若 Apple App Store、Google Play 或其他應用程式商店的授權條款適用,且與本條款未衝突,該等商店條款也會規範你透過該商店取得本 App 的使用授權。
Where Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store's license terms apply and do not conflict with these terms, those store terms also govern your license to use the App obtained through that store.
3. 功能、資料與責任3. Features, Data, and Responsibility
本 App 協助你記錄耗材更換週期、備品庫存、採購清單、提醒與相關資料。你需自行確認輸入內容、提醒日期、庫存數量與採購資訊是否正確。
The App helps you record replacement schedules, household inventory, shopping lists, reminders, and related information. You are responsible for checking that your entered content, reminder dates, quantities, and shopping information are accurate.
本 App 不能保證提醒永遠準時送達。通知可能受到系統設定、裝置狀態、作業系統限制、網路或其他因素影響。
The App cannot guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time. Notifications may be affected by system settings, device state, operating system limitations, network conditions, or other factors.

4. Pro 訂閱與內購4. Pro Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
本 App 可能提供 Pro 訂閱或一次性內購項目。實際可購買項目、價格、試用期、方案期間與功能內容,以 App 內顯示及購買商店的購買畫面為準。
The App may offer Pro subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. Available products, prices, trial periods, plan durations, and included features are shown in the App and on the purchase sheet of the store used for purchase.
- 所有付款均由 Apple App Store、Google Play 或你購買時使用的商店處理;本 App 不會接觸或儲存信用卡、付款帳號或完整付款資訊。
- 自動續訂訂閱會在每個訂閱期間結束時依商店規則自動續訂,直到你透過該商店帳號取消為止。
- 若有免費試用,試用期、轉付費時間與取消規則以購買商店畫面為準。
- 訂閱狀態可能透過 Apple StoreKit、Google Play Billing 或商店收據機制確認,用於開放 Pro 功能與復原購買。
- 若訂閱價格或條件變更,通知、同意與生效方式依購買商店規則處理。
- All payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the store used for purchase. The App does not access or store credit card details, payment accounts, or full payment information.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the end of each subscription period under the store's rules until you cancel through that store account.
- If a free trial is offered, the trial period, paid conversion timing, and cancellation rules are shown on the store purchase sheet.
- Subscription status may be verified through Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing, or store receipt mechanisms to unlock Pro features and restore purchases.
- If subscription pricing or terms change, notice, consent, and effective timing are handled under the rules of the store used for purchase.
5. 取消、退款與復原購買5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Restore Purchases
- 你可以透過購買時使用的商店帳號管理或取消訂閱,例如 iOS 設定、Apple App Store 帳號頁面或 Google Play 訂閱頁面。
- 取消訂閱後,你仍可使用已付款期間內的 Pro 功能;到期後需要 Pro 的功能可能會停止開放。
- 刪除 App 不會自動取消訂閱。若要停止續訂,請務必透過購買商店帳號取消。
- 退款資格與審核由購買商店處理,請透過該商店的退款流程提出申請。
- 若你更換裝置或重新安裝 App,可使用 App 內的復原購買功能,或依購買商店帳號紀錄恢復權益。
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used for purchase, such as iOS Settings, the Apple App Store account page, or Google Play subscriptions.
- After cancellation, you may continue using paid Pro features until the end of the current paid period. Features that require Pro may stop after expiration.
- Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop renewal, cancel through the store account used for purchase.
- Refund eligibility and review are handled by the store used for purchase. Please use that store's refund request process.
- If you change devices or reinstall the App, you may use restore purchases in the App or restore entitlement through your store account purchase history.

6. 變更、暫停與終止6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
我們可能不定期調整、增加、暫停或移除本 App 的部分功能。若變更會重大影響你的權益,我們會盡合理努力透過 App、商店資訊、版本更新說明或本頁通知。
We may update, add, suspend, or remove parts of the App from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App, store listing, release notes, or this page.
若你違反本條款、濫用服務、嘗試未授權存取,或造成安全、法律或營運風險,我們可能限制或終止你使用部分功能。
If you violate these terms, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or create security, legal, or operational risk, we may restrict or terminate your access to some features.
