刪除方式 Deletion Method

請透過 Email 提出要求。我們可能需要確認帳號擁有權，並會回覆處理結果。

Request deletion by email. We may need to verify account ownership and will reply with the result.

1. 如何提出刪除要求1. How to Request Deletion

請寄信至 sheepbeansgames@gmail.com。
信件主旨請填寫：「該換了吧資料刪除要求」。
請提供你用於登入 App 的 Google 或 Apple 帳號 Email；若你只要刪除意見回饋資料，請提供當時填寫的 Email 或大約送出日期。
請說明你要刪除的資料範圍，例如雲端備份、意見回饋、帳號關聯資料，或全部可刪除資料。

Email sheepbeansgames@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: "Swap It. Data Deletion Request".
Include the Google or Apple account email you use to sign in to the app. If you only want feedback data deleted, include the email used in the feedback form or the approximate submission date.
Tell us what you want deleted, such as cloud backups, feedback records, account-linked data, or all deletable data.

2. 會刪除的資料2. Data We Delete

Firebase Authentication 中與 App 相關的帳號關聯資料。
Firebase Storage 中與該帳號相關的雲端備份，包括備份 JSON 與已同步的貼紙圖片。
Cloud Firestore 中可識別或可定位到你的意見回饋紀錄。
與刪除要求相關、且不再需要保留的客服處理紀錄。

App-related account records in Firebase Authentication.
Cloud backups linked to the account in Firebase Storage, including backup JSON files and synced sticker images.
Feedback records in Cloud Firestore that can be identified as yours.
Support records related to the deletion request when they are no longer needed.

3. 可能保留的資料與期限3. Data We May Retain

本機資料儲存在你的裝置上；你可以在 App 內刪除資料，或移除 App 以刪除裝置上的本機資料。
匿名或彙總分析資料若無法識別特定使用者，可能會保留用於產品統計與品質改善。
付款、退款與訂閱交易紀錄由 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 處理；我們無法刪除商店基於法律、稅務、退款或防詐目的保留的交易紀錄。
若法律、安全、防詐或爭議處理需要，我們可能在必要期間內保留最少量紀錄。一般刪除要求會盡力在 30 天內完成。

Local data is stored on your device. You can delete it in the app or remove the app to delete local device data.
Anonymous or aggregated analytics that cannot identify a specific user may be retained for product statistics and quality improvement.
Payment, refund, and subscription transaction records are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store. We cannot delete store records retained for legal, tax, refund, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-handling reasons, we may retain minimal records for as long as necessary. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

4. 確認與聯絡4. Confirmation and Contact

收到要求後，我們可能會要求你提供足以確認帳號擁有權的資訊。完成刪除後，我們會以 Email 回覆確認。

After receiving your request, we may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. We will reply by email after the deletion is complete.
